Refund Policy

Eligible refunds
Approved returns, cancelled orders not yet dispatched, unavailable items and qualifying faulty or misdescribed goods may be refunded. Refund eligibility is assessed under the Return Policy and applicable consumer law.
Method and timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD. We submit an approved refund within 5 business days; the bank or payment provider may take a further 5–10 business days to display it. Currency conversion or bank charges are controlled by the customer’s provider.
Shipping and duties
Original standard shipping is refunded where law requires or where the entire order was faulty or incorrect. Expedited upgrades, import duties and customer-arranged costs are not normally refundable unless required by law.
Membership refunds
Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation leaves benefits active through the current period. A monthly Studio kit already dispatched is not refundable solely due to cancellation. Duplicate or incorrect recurring charges should be reported promptly for review.
Questions and disputes
Contact support first with the order or payment receipt so we can investigate. This does not restrict the right to contact the payment provider, alternative dispute resolution service or a competent authority.
