Return Policy

Return window
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Active Curious Club and Curious Studio members have 60 days. Eligible products must be unused, complete and in resalable original packaging with proof of purchase.
Opened consumables
Opened chemistry materials, crystal compounds and other sealed consumable components cannot be returned after opening for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not remove statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
How to start a return
Email support@piscesscii.shop with order email, item, reason and photographs where relevant. Wait for return instructions before sending. Do not return parcels to the registered office without authorisation.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer normally pays tracked return shipping. We cover reasonable return costs for confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. International shipments must be marked as returned merchandise where permitted.
Inspection and outcome
We inspect returned contents and confirm the outcome by email. Eligible refunds return to the original payment method. Where appropriate, you may choose replacement, repair, price reduction or refund according to applicable consumer rights.
