Worldwide delivery
We ship physical kits worldwide where carrier service and product rules allow. A complete delivery address and adult recipient contact are required. Free standard shipping applies when merchandise subtotal reaches $75 USD; otherwise standard shipping is $12 USD.
Processing and estimated arrival
In-stock orders normally dispatch in 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days for nearer destinations and 7–12 business days for more distant destinations. These are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends, customs, weather and remote-area handoffs may add time.
Tracking and delivery
We send tracking to the checkout email when available. Carriers may use local delivery partners. Customers must provide a safe and accessible address and monitor delivery. Contact support promptly if tracking is stalled or a parcel is marked delivered but missing.
Customs, duties and restrictions
Import VAT, duties or handling charges may be payable by the recipient unless checkout states they are included. Customs may inspect or delay parcels. If a destination cannot accept a kit component, we will contact the adult buyer about cancellation, substitution or refund before dispatch.
Damage, loss and address errors
Report visible damage within 48 hours with photographs of the parcel and product. Keep packaging while we assess the carrier claim. If an incorrect address supplied by the customer causes return or redelivery, additional shipping may apply. Our responsibility for lost goods follows applicable consumer law.
