Your dispatch email contains a tracked delivery link. Standard delivery is normally 3–12 business days after 1–2 business day processing.

Opened chemistry materials and consumables cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened eligible products can be requested within 30 days.

Use the age and supervision block on the product page and the included guide. Chemistry activities require an adult. Telescope use requires continuous adult supervision.

Photograph the outer packaging and affected component, keep all materials and contact us within 48 hours so we can assess replacement or refund options.
