Adult orders and contract
Orders must be placed by an adult with accurate contact, delivery and payment information. An acknowledgement is not acceptance; the contract forms when we dispatch physical goods or confirm a paid membership. We may decline orders affected by inventory, pricing or fraud errors and will refund captured amounts.
Prices and payment
All amounts are in USD. Secure payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal where offered. Taxes, duties and delivery charges are shown before payment where calculable. You authorise the stated one-time or recurring charge.
Age, supervision and toy safety
Follow the age label and included guide. Chemistry activities require adult supervision, supplied eye protection and exact quantities; materials are household education-grade and not industrial substances. Kits may contain small parts and are unsuitable for children under 3. Never look at or near the Sun through a telescope, finder or lens.
Supplier documentation is reviewed for applicable EN 71 and CE toy-safety requirements. Stop use if parts are damaged. The adult remains responsible for setup, environment and supervision.
Curiolab Club
Paid memberships renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Club benefits apply while active and do not create points, credits, cash value or rollover balances. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. A Studio kit already dispatched is not refundable solely because membership was cancelled.
Educational use boundary
Products are educational and recreational kits only. They are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, clinical use or professional testing and must not be marketed or resold for those purposes.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including rights concerning faulty goods, death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or arise from ignoring instructions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in a court available under applicable consumer law.
